Mandy related her step-by-step experience transforming a client’s ongoing project with a manifestation spread and demonstrated for everyone the flexibility of the tarot. The tarot is more than a divination tool and, thanks to her training, Mandy put it to great use! Her client couldn’t have been happier. The key to her success and yours is proper training and PRACTICE! But the big news in this episode is a MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT. Dusty has thrown open the doors to the Mystery School! The lessons are being recorded, but they are not available for listening. You have to be in class to get in on these valuable (and for now free) lessons! Without further preamble, Dusty gave a Mystery School lesson using Think and Grow Rich (1937) by Napoleon Hill as a discussion point. The first lesson: There is no such thing as something for nothing, which is different than something from nothing. Manifestation, at its basic level, is about bringing something from the intangible to the tangible. What is intangible or ethereal? Think of thought. Thought does not exist in the real world. You cannot prove a thought exists until the thought is spoken. The act of writing something down is the process of turning nothing into something. Metaphysics must follow the laws of physics. If you are going to do magic that works, you have to examine your beliefs and your practices and evaluate whether they match up with the laws of physics. Tarot cards a part of this as building blocks. Mandy took the ideas in her client’s mind and transformed them into a tangible, physical blueprint through the process of allegorical representation. This is also the process for sympathetic magic. We use physical objects all the time that take intangible ideas and imbue them with power and make a thing real (e.g. paper money, checks, credit cards, McDonalds signs). What is the process to transform nothing into something? Mandy outlined it above. Know what you want. Clarify your thought. Know why you want it. Find things associated with it. Put the idea down into some tangible form. All of this will be covered in the live, future sessions for those who show up for class, but be warned: THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS WITH THIS!
